SPA package for SENIORS (6 days)

In the package:

5 nights (6 days stay) for 2 people in a double room excluding weekends - stay possible from Sunday to Friday (Sunday is the arrival day, and Friday is the departure day),
5 breakfasts for 2 people in the form of a buffet or a shortened menu,
5 dinners for 2 people in the form of a buffet or a shortened menu,
the possibility of using the pool, saunas, and gym, without limitations, during opening hours,
SPA treatments for each person:
- 3 x Partial body massage (20 min),
- 1 x Facial and décolletage massage (20 min),
- 1 x Healthy Back (50 min)
  An intensive care treatment for the spine, drawn from Ayurveda with Himalayan Art Reum to regain good physical and mental well-being through the activation of metabolism throughout the body. The treatment combined with a massage that strengthens the spine, reduces pain, relaxes muscle tension and counteracts the causes of their occurrence.
- 3 x Paraffin treatment for hands (20 min).

- 1 x "Healthy Back" exercises - gym sessions (30min),
