Dariusz Struciński is the chef in the Anders Hotel in Stare Jabłonki since the very beginning, that is for over 25 years. Honorary president of the prestigious Chefs' Club Foundation, awarded with the Medal of the National Education Commission, Hermes winner for the best hotel restaurant, instructor in the field of Slow Food. For several years he was responsible for the culinary setting of the World Volleyball Beach Cup and the World Volleyball Championships of Masuria 2013, where he had the role of the Tournament's Gastronomy Director.
A cook and chef of the second generation, he continues his family tradition. A valued organizer and instructor of practical vocational training. We are happy to engage in culinary events throughout Poland. Juror of many prestigious professional competitions. Twice nominated for the Culinary Oscar. Involved in the creation of Krakow Culinary Forge (Krakowska Kuźnia Kulinarna) with Marek Widomski and Karol Okrasa. He cooked for many well-known personalities and prepared many prestigious events at the Polish Embassies in Paris, Prague and London.
