Let's start the new year actively! Join us for a special exercise for a healthy spine, led by Anna Tołkaczewska, Manager of the hotel’s NaturalSPA and an experienced personal trainer. Thanks to her many years of experience, Anna will help you effectively improve your spinal condition, relax tense muscles, and increase body flexibility and stability.
Nordic Walking – energy straight from the Masurian nature.
This is not just a regular walk. It’s a dynamic dose of exercise in one of the most beautiful corners of Warmia and Mazury. Under the instructor’s guidance, you will set off on a route combining activity with stunning views of lakes and forests around Hotel Anders. Fresh air, a good pace, and nature that recharges your batteries faster than morning coffee.
Phytotherapy – an encounter with natural methods of health care.
This is a fascinating meeting where you will learn the power of plants in practice. You will find out how to use herbs in everyday care for immunity, balance, and better well-being. It’s knowledge that lasts – natural, simple, and effective. A great opportunity to introduce some “green” energy into your daily life. The meeting will be led by Magdalena Mudry – Herbalist – Phytotherapist.
Sauna sessions – a small SPA area for body and soul (additional fee 40 PLN / 90 min. - booking at reception)
Step into a world of warmth where your body softens and your mind finally rests. Sauna sessions reduce stress, detoxify the body, and improve circulation. An intimate group and calm atmosphere make this a true moment just for you. The perfect complement to an active day – nothing relaxes like a few peaceful minutes in the sauna.

SCHEDULE:
Guest welcome – presentation of the program and proper sauna etiquette.

16:00–16:15 – A breath of freshness
Session in the Finnish sauna (dry) with forest and citrus scent notes that cleanse the respiratory tract and refresh the body.
16:30–16:45 – Massage renewal
Session in the steam bath with natural peeling and gentle self-massage that stimulates circulation and regenerates the skin.
17:00–17:15 – New Year's bath in sound
Multisensory journey in the relaxation zone – deep relaxation with ethnic instrument sounds and aromatic essential oils.
17:15–17:30 – Refreshments and thanks
Plate of chilled fruits and New Year’s wishes – a perfect end to the session.

Practical information for interested guests:

Dry sauna: sauna sessions without textiles – no swimsuits, jewelry, etc. Only cotton or linen towels so that no part of the body touches the benches directly.
Steam bath: sauna sessions without textiles, naked or wrapped in a towel. In case of mixed groups (women and men), access is separate – first women, then men – so everyone can use the sauna comfortably and naked if they wish.
Bonfires with music – an atmosphere you can’t buy in any app.
Scented wood, crackling flames, warm atmosphere, and music that creates memories — that’s what winter relaxation looks like at its best. A moment to slow down, immerse yourself in a unique atmosphere, and simply be here and now. The perfect place for conversations, laughter, and unwinding after an active day.
During the bonfires, live music will be performed by the Duo from the band Akustik, whose sound will put you in a magical mood. Additionally, our animators will provide entertainment for little guests with creative games and activities that will ensure unforgettable memories.
Discos with DJ – because a restart is also good fun.
New Year without dancing? Not here! Evening parties hosted by a DJ are the perfect chance to warm up the dance floor, burn some calories (incidentally!), and catch positive energy for the days ahead. Great music, a light atmosphere, and zero pressure – just good fun for everyone willing.
